Refund policy
Right of withdrawal :
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return a product to us without having to justify your decision. To organise a return, contact us at contact@hereditas.shop.
Return conditions :
The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, clean, unscented, with its packaging intact. You are responsible for the cost of returning the product, unless you can provide proof (photo or clear video) that the product was damaged when you received it. In this case, we will cover the cost of return.
Refund procedure :
We will refund you within 14 days of receipt and verification of the returned product, using the original method of payment. The refund includes the initial delivery costs (if applicable), unless you are still responsible for the return costs.
Exceptions :
No returns will be accepted for personalised products, unsealed for reasons of hygiene (e.g. cosmetics), or whose condition does not allow resale.
Legal guarantee :
In the event of a lack of conformity (non-conforming or defective product), you benefit from a legal guarantee of 2 years from delivery. If the product received is damaged or faulty, contact us with proof (photo or video) for a repair, replacement or refund, as appropriate.
